Located at 2648 West Grand Boulevard in Detroit, Michigan, near the New Center area. The house was purchased by Motown founder Berry Gordy in 1959. Motown Record label broke barriers and paved the way for super stars like Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson, to name a few.

Over 100 neighborhood residents are celebrated on the Bronzeville Walk of Fame. Honoring extraordinary contributions to the community of 91 African American's . Their plaques are on medians, sidewalks, and crosswalks of ten blocks. At 26th Pl. and 35th St., the area is a permanent outdoor exhibit.
